Set in April 2011—one year after Yakuza 4 —the story follows a sudden viral outbreak that turns Tokyo’s red-light district into a walled-off quarantine zone. While it is considered to the main series, it is beloved by fans for its "art of absurdity," blending dark survival horror with the series' trademark wacky humor. Four Legends, Four Weapons
(originally titled Ryū Ga Gotoku OF THE END ) is the ultimate "what-if" experiment in the Like a Dragon series. Released in 2012 for the PlayStation 3, it trades the franchise's signature street brawling for third-person shooting during a full-scale zombie apocalypse in Kamurocho.
