Sword | Of The Samurai

You play as the Shogun’s champion. Your mission is to recover the "Singing Death," a legendary dai-katana stolen by Ikiru, the Master of Shadows. You must journey to the Pit of Demons to retrieve it and save the land of Hachiman from chaos.

You begin as a low-level vassal during Japan's Sengoku (warring states) period. Your goal is to rise through the ranks, increase your honor, and eventually become Shogun by reunifying the 48 provinces. Sword of The Samurai
