Move the patch installer or setup files to your PES 2017 Installation Directory (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 ).
Look for a file named EDIT00000000 . Copy it to your Documents folder: Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2017\save .
If you experience lag, go to Settings.exe in the game folder and set the Quality to Low or Medium .
